Office assistant

EUFC CZ s.r.o. is an advisory company that provides its clients with complete services for their grant projects. We formulate investment plans, defend them before grant providers, and handle all the necessary administration. Our clients are large and small, family, Czech and multinational companies. We handle research and development, energy, digitalisation, environmental and business development projects.

What will I be responsible for?

  • Handling the company’s administrative work, and organisational support for the company management.
  • Ensuring the operation of the office, communication with clients, suppliers and employees.
  • Negotiations with authorities and institutions, the post office.
  • Cooperation relating to the company’s promotion and representation.
  • Cooperation relating to the company’s bookkeeping (cash, invoicing, salaries).
  • Running the filing room, keeping records of office inventories.
  • Provision of advice on grants – creation of grant analyses for company clients.
  • Preparation of contracts, offers and other materials.
  • Data processing, updating internal information systems.

 

What do we require?

  • A university education, ideally related to economics.
  • Knowledge of English and possibly another foreign language, at least to B1 standard.
  • A good knowledge of working on a PC and MS Office.
  • Orientation in double-entry bookkeeping for companies – thorough knowledge of accounting, in particular for salaries, would be an advantage.
  • Carefulness, a systematic nature, independence and the ability to organise work.
  • An active and positive approach to work and allocated tasks.
  • An active driver, group B driving licence.
  • Pleasant behaviour.
  • The ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Time flexibility.

 

Information about the position:

  • Place of work: Jihlava.
  • Type of employment relationship: full-time with an employment contract.
  • Start date: immediately.
