During his time as a consultant and project manager, he has contributed to the preparation, implementation and management of investment projects with a total value exceeding CZK 100 billion. He’s an expert on European funds and project management. He focuses on specialist investment advice in the industry, environment, and energy sectors.

Expert in the fields of industrial production, research and development, innovation, energy projects, environment and transnational cooperation. From the position of Managing Director and Sales Manager, she is responsible for the company's operations, business strategy, business opportunity development and project setup. Anna communicates with tenderers and governing bodies, conducts business negotiations and represents the company. She has been involved in grant consultancy since 2002.

Dalibor specialises in infrastructure and business investment projects. As a project solver, he primarily coordinates and supervises the preparation of applications and the related attachments, and advises on project technical solutions. He has worked in grant consulting since 2005.

Expert in opportunity analysis, implementation of financial and business plans, feasibility studies and strategic development documents for the business sector and local government. She is responsible for team coordination, project management and optimal project setup in terms of opportunities for state subsidies and EU grants in line with the clients' project objectives. Ensures projects are compliant with EU legislative and regulatory requirements. Renata has been providing subsidy consultancy since 2015.

Pavel specialises in projects focused on production development and technology innovation, effective energy management and the development of energy infrastructure. His task is primarily the initial discussion of a client’s plan and setting up the commercial relationship. He has worked in grant consulting since 2005.

Kamila specialises in tender proceedings, and the administration and implementation of grant projects in development and improving the competitive environment. As a project solver she will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. She has worked in grant consulting since 2021.

He has extensive professional experience in project management from pre-accession funds and EU structural funds. He is familiar with the issues of business entities and municipalities, which gives him a unique perspective in the analysis of plans and setting up appropriate subsidy titles for clients.  Jozef collaborates on the development and implementation of the company's business strategy. He has been working in project management since 2003.

She specializes in comprehensive support of sales teams, from CRM systems administration to preparation of offers and documentation. She also performs business data analysis and subsequent reporting. She ensures smooth communication between clients, suppliers and the sales team, including support in tender implementation.
 

In a solution team, Ladislav will be the senior specialist for grant programmes. As part of his position, he will ensure compliance between projects and programmes, will process analyses of programmes, and will bring recommendations for alterations to individual programmes. He has worked in grant consulting since 1999.

Senior consultant and project manager with many years of experience for the business sector, mainly in the fields of energy, emissions, innovative investments and research development and environment. He is responsible for the optimal setup of projects and client objectives. Ensures strategic planning, coordination, complex processing, administration of projects for successful disbursement of funds. Leads and coordinates other professionals involved in projects. He has been working in the field of project management since 2015.    
 

Karel specialises in investment projects based on applied research and development, and is an expert on innovation and the policy to support innovation and applied research and development of the EU and the Czech Republic. He has worked in grant consulting since 1997.

He has worked in grant consulting since 2012.

Petra provides cooperation during the preparation of applications for grants and all mandatory attachments. During preparations for grant applications, she is responsible for preparing attachments, and cooperating on attachments delivered by the client. She has worked in grant consulting since 2019.

Štěpán provides cooperation during the preparation of applications for grants and all mandatory attachments. During preparations for grant applications, he is responsible for preparing attachments, and cooperating on attachments delivered by the client. He has worked in grant consulting almost since completing university in 2020.

Marie provides cooperation during the preparation of applications for grants and all mandatory attachments. During preparations for grant applications, she is responsible for preparing attachments, and cooperating on attachments delivered by the client. She has worked in grant consulting since 2020. She previously specialised in investment incentives.

Simona provides cooperation during the preparation of applications for grants and all mandatory attachments. During preparations for grant applications, she is responsible for preparing attachments, and providing cooperation on attachments delivered by the client. She has worked in grant consulting since 2007.

In the company, she is responsible for analyzing opportunities, setting up projects in terms of possibilities and intentions of clients. Ensures complex processing, administration and implementation of projects. Provides expert advice in the areas of industrial production, research, development and innovation, and social services. Hana has been in the project management field since 2015.

Expert in the field of industrial production and agricultural primary production, health and social services. Provides expert advice on grant applications and management of mandatory attachments. At the company, she is responsible for analyzing opportunities, setting up projects in light of the capabilities and intentions of clients in the business and public sectors. He is involved in the methodology of PHRSR development and implementation applying the principles of sustainable smart development. He has been involved in project management since 2019. 
 

Collaboration on the processing of the support application and all mandatory attachments. Responsible for the processing of attachments, collaboration on attachments supplied by the Client. 

She provides complex processing, administration, implementation and monitoring of EU-funded projects in the field of business and public sector. Ensures and coordinates the implementation of projects in accordance with the set objectives and project schedule, coordinates and manages implementation in accordance with the plan, budget and donor requirements.  Identifies risks and proposes corrective actions. Ingrida has been involved in project management since 2015.

As a senior project consultant he will primarily coordinate the course of tender proceedings and project administration, and ensure that the projects and grant programmes are harmonised. He has worked in grant consulting since 2009.

Expert in supplier tendering for projects supported by EU grants. She has valuable experience in public procurement and EU grant mechanisms. She has extensive experience in the energy sector. Viktoria provides management of procurement processes, preparation of expert opinions and handling of possible appeal mechanisms. She has been involved in grant consultancy since 2016.

Miroslava specialises in tender proceedings, and the administration and implementation of grant projects in the energy and environment sectors. As a project solver she will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. She has worked in grant consulting since 2012.

Zuzana specialises in tender proceedings, and the administration and implementation of grant projects in town and municipality development and social housing. As a project solver she will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. She has worked in grant consulting since 2008.

Tomáš specialises in tender proceedings, and the administration and implementation of grant projects in development and improving the competitive environment. As a project solver he will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. He has worked in grant consulting since 2014, initially for the grant provider. He has been a EUFC CZ consultant since 2020.

As a project solver she will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. She has worked in grant consulting since graduating from university in 2018.

Marcela specialises in tender proceedings, and the administration and implementation of grant projects in the environment and technology sectors. As a project solver she will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. She has worked in grant consulting since 2014.

Specialization in tenders and administration of grant projects during their implementation. As a T&I consultant, she will mainly be responsible for the coordination of the selection procedure and the subsequent administration of the project in accordance with the relevant grant title. 

Specialized in tendering, administration and implementation of supported projects in the field of development and increasing the competitive environment. As a project manager, he will in particular ensure that the selection procedure and subsequent administration comply with the conditions of the relevant grant programme. 
 

Viktória has handled office management for the company since 2019. She deals with internal administration and the company’s day-to-day operations, and communicates with suppliers, customers and the authorities. She provides the foundation for sales activities and support for the company management.
