During his time as a consultant and project manager, he has contributed to the preparation, implementation and management of investment projects with a total value exceeding CZK 100 billion. He’s an expert on European funds and project management. He focuses on specialist investment advice in the industry, environment, and energy sectors.

Expert in the fields of industrial production, research and development, innovation, energy projects, environment and transnational cooperation. From the position of Managing Director and Sales Manager, she is responsible for the company's operations, business strategy, business opportunity development and project setup. Anna communicates with tenderers and governing bodies, conducts business negotiations and represents the company. She has been involved in grant consultancy since 2002.

Dalibor specialises in infrastructure and business investment projects. As a project solver, he primarily coordinates and supervises the preparation of applications and the related attachments, and advises on project technical solutions. He has worked in grant consulting since 2005.

Pavel specialises in projects focused on production development and technology innovation, effective energy management and the development of energy infrastructure. His task is primarily the initial discussion of a client’s plan and setting up the commercial relationship. He has worked in grant consulting since 2005.

She is responsible for team coordination, project management and optimal project setup in terms of opportunities for state subsidies and EU grants in line with the clients' project objectives. Ensures projects are compliant with EU legislative and regulatory requirements. Renata has been providing subsidy consultancy since 2015.

Martin specialises in projects focused on production development and technology innovation, effective energy management and the development of energy infrastructure. Kamila specialises in tender proceedings, and the administration and implementation of grant projects in development and improving the competitive environment. As a project solver she will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. She has worked in grant consulting since 2021.

He has extensive professional experience in project management from pre-accession funds and EU structural funds. He is familiar with the issues of business entities and municipalities, which gives him a unique perspective in the analysis of plans and setting up appropriate subsidy titles for clients.  Jozef collaborates on the development and implementation of the company's business strategy. He has been working in project management since 2003.

She specializes in comprehensive support of sales teams, from CRM systems administration to preparation of offers and documentation. She also performs business data analysis and subsequent reporting. She ensures smooth communication between clients, suppliers and the sales team, including support in tender implementation.
 

In a solution team, Ladislav will be the senior specialist for grant programmes. As part of his position, he will ensure compliance between projects and programmes, will process analyses of programmes, and will bring recommendations for alterations to individual programmes. He has worked in grant consulting since 1999.

He is responsible for the optimal setup of projects and client objectives. Ensures strategic planning, coordination, complex processing, administration of projects for successful disbursement of funds. Leads and coordinates other professionals involved in projects. Viktoria provides management of procurement processes, preparation of expert opinions and handling of possible appeal mechanisms. She has been involved in grant consultancy since 2016.

Participates in the creation and preparation of tender documentation, monitors the progress of tender processes and evaluation of their effectiveness. Viktória has handled office management for the company since 2019. She deals with internal administration and the company’s day-to-day operations, and communicates with suppliers, customers and the authorities. She provides the foundation for sales activities and support for the company management.

Michala has been working as an Office Assistant at EUFC. Her main goal is to create a pleasant working environment and to ensure that each team member can fully concentrate on their work. Michala takes care of administrative matters, communicates with external partners and provides support to the management.
